A menacing Queens bus rider convicted of shooting a rookie NYPD cop after an altercation with a fellow passenger was sentenced to at least 39 years in prison on Monday as a courtroom filled with angry cops looked on.

Devin Spraggins was sentenced to 39 years to life for the 2023 shooting of NYPD Officer Brett Boller in Queens.

Spraggins was charged with attempted murder of a police officer, assault, criminal possession of a weapon, and obstructing governmental administration, NYPD Chief of Detectives James Essig said during a news conference in April 2023.
