Warren will test all three levels of No. 1 Oregon’s defense in Saturday’s Big Ten Championship game. The defensive line will square off with his as a blocker and runner between the tackles. The linebacking corps will regularly be called upon in pass coverage and the secondary will be tested whether he gets to the edges or over the middle.

It’s no surprise to Nittany Lions fans, but Tyler Warren is officially the best tight end in the Big Ten. The conference announced Tuesday that Warren is the winner of the 2024 Kwalick-Clark Tight End of the Year award presented to the best tight end in the Big Ten.

Carter was named the Big Ten’s Nagurski-Woodson defensive player of the year and the conference’s Smith-Brown defensive lineman of the year award winner — along with being first team All-Big Ten (coaches and media) — while Warren was named the Kwalick-Clark tight end of the year award winner — and also first team All-Big Ten (coaches and media).
