Comcast and Warner Bros. Discovery announced a big, multiyear cross-company distribution pact — which includes a provision that lets Comcast bundle Max in the U.S. Overall, the long-term agreements cover WBD's portfolio of content for Comcast’s Xfinity and Sky UK and Ireland customers.

Sky alleged that Warner Bros. Discovery breached a deal over alleged obligations to present it with opportunities to co-produce at least four shows per year from 2021 to 2023.
