Nick Viall has shed new light on the hours leading up to James Kennedy's Dec. 10 arrest on domestic violence charges, saying that the 'Vanderpump Rules' star was "barking orders" at a friend while attending Kathy Hilton's holiday party.

The 32-year-old DJ, whose full name is James Kennedy Georgiou, was arrested Tuesday night in Burbank, in Los Angeles County, after police responded to a call at a residence about an argument between the reality star and a woman around 11:30 p.m., Burbank Police said. TMZ was the first to report the incident.
